To our valued customers and friends!

This year we are taking scheduled time off for our family from 1/1/2016 - 3/1/2016

-Shipping Department will be closed Jan 1-March 1
All open invoices and orders that are not shipped prior to Jan 1 will be held until the shipping department reopens

-Repairs Department will be closed Aug 1- March 1
All open invoices and repair orders that are not shipped back prior to Aug 1 will be held until the repair department reopens March 1

Customers will still be able to order the repair services and ship in their repair orders. Repairs are handled in the order in which they arrive and they will be logged into our repair service as they arrive so that you will know your roomba/scooba has arrived safely. When the repairs department reopens all repair orders that arrived during the break will be updated as to their expected time frame for the diagnostic evaluation and repair estimate. 

Carefree shipping service will also be halted during our break.

 

Thank you for your patience while we take a much needed break from the shop.
